Ashton Wood is a suburban swim/tennis community located in North Gwinnett County within five miles of Mall of Georgia. Most residents of this 142-home community have been living here for 10 plus years and many over 20 plus years. We have an active Ashton Wood Homeowners Association governed by Covenants and By Laws.
Please observe the neighborhood Speed Limit - 25 MPH. We have children riding bikes and several neighbors walking. There is a caution sign at the beginning of the subdivision indicating children in the neighborhood to drivers. Please be careful.
