SPRING IS ARRIVING quickly. The flowers are starting to bloom and can even see yards starting to turn green. Now is the time to start planning your yard for the YARD of the WEEK award. Keep in mind that you must be member of the HOA ( either basic and/or swim-tennis ) to participate.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, the regular monthly meetings of the Ashton Wood HOA Board will be hosted online until further notice.

Volunteers are sought to help prepare the pool area for opening day!
Many hands make light work, so please come on down to help out. No need to sign up, just show up!
We will be performing this work 8:30 am to 11:30 am.
Due to the rain, today’s pool workday will be re-scheduled to another day to be announced.

Here are some important facts you will want to know about the upcoming pool season for Swim/Tennis members:
As was done last year, waivers will be required to use the pool in the 2021 season.
For the 2021 pool season, out-of-neighborhood parents, grandparents, or grandchildren of swim/tennis members may use the pool according to the other pool rules if appropriate waivers are in place using the same procedures as last year. This is an adjustment to the rules we hope will be seen as for the better.
Except for the above change, the rules for pool access will remain the same as last year, including all COVID-19 protocols and capacity limits. We remain cautious in the COVID-19 times, but are hopeful that this will be the last year such modified operations will be necessary. Last year’s pool experience was a successful one for Swim/Tennis members and we look forward to another great season.
Now is the time to look for the items around the house you want to get rid of and make some money. Ashton Wood is having a SPRING Yard Sale on May 1st from 8am to 12pm. We need to have at least seven families to participate. When we have seven families sign up, we will then post a banner at the front entrance to attract more traffic.

Each homeowner should follow CDC guidelines ( mask, social distance, etc ) for Covid. Gwinnett County Police advise for Yard Sale Safety to keep all items for sale outside of your home and not allow anyone into your home.
